Phase Summary

We work with the Owner and key project team members to kick start the project's initial space planning, budgets,  project schedules + deliverables.

Phase Summary

- Preliminary design and finish selections are presented to the Owner and project team
- Development of space layouts, allowing FFE and Finish budgets to be refined

- Preliminary Interiors Drawing set is submitted to the GC for the initial project pricing exercise

Phase Summary

- Design concepts, space layouts, key renderings & elevations are fully developed, with final selections of custom finishes
- Final design presentation to the Owner and Project Team for final approvals
- FFE concepts are reviewed and will be revisited 9 months from completion date of the specific Project Area Phase

- Interiors Bid Drawing set is submitted at this time to the GC for pricing updates

- After final design approvals, the completion of the ID Drawing Set, ID Finish Specifications and Design Presentation are submitted to the Owner + Project Team for record
- FFE + Artwork selections begin, with initial Owner presentations, in coordination with the FFE Budget

- Punch walks and documentation of findings to team
- Final FFE + Artwork presentations to Owner for approval
- FFE Procurement kick-off, depending on phase schedules

Phase Summary

- Our in-house procurement team manages FFE budgets, bidding Process, FFE order placement and payments, shipping, warehousing and installation
- Issue bi-weekly or monthly project status reports to owner
