The primary goal of the Lakewood project is to provide the community with common spaces and amenities that commensurate Lakewood’s premier CCRC standing in the Richmond, VA area. GMK Interiors provided full service interior design and procurement for the three newly designed and constructed facilities on the Lakewood campus.

 

Areas of ID involvement:

• New Independent Living Apartment Building

- 44 new apartments, each averaging 1250 square feet.

- New Fitness center with Pool, additional Dining venues, Admin areas

- Update of existing Common Area amenities.

• New Independent Living Hybrid Vila Buildings

- 2 buildings each with 10 residences.

- Shared Common Areas

• New Sales Center
