Blakeford at Greenhills (“Blakeford”) has offered a continuum of care for its senior residents since its opening in the early summer of 1996. As part of Blakeford’s current repositioning efforts for its Life Care Community, GMK Interiors is providing full service interior design and procurement services to help reposition the campus to meet the needs of the residents, well into the future. Construction is ongoing and slated to be completed February 2023.

• Independent Living Expansion, to include:

- 4 stories of 40 Apartments

- New Wellness Center (including Pool, Group Exercise, Gym and Locker Rooms).

- Expand and update dining venues in IL areas.

- Salon & Pet Grooming

• New 24 Room Memory Care addition.

• Renovation of existing Independent Living and Skilled Nursing common spaces.

• Renovations of common spaces in Assisted Living.
